Dude, this looks cool from what I can see.
I like the graphics. You've made a good run-down look in that pic. Nice fog effect and a decent use of blur. Just make sure not to OVER-use blur like some people tend to.
The idea of vampires is cool. They are more interesting than zombies anyway, so it's a good thing you swapped. Plus, they can blend in with people, turn into bats and are WAY tougher to kill.
As for VAs I can give you a hand if you want. I do a few voices, plus with CoolPro I can edit sounds. Also, check out the voice actors forum. LOTS of VAs are there.
